These terms apply when you use gleamstudio.design, including our free AEO Readiness Checker and GleamCheck, our free landing page review. The site is run by Gleam Studio Pvt Ltd ("Gleam", "we"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Using the site
You can use the site to learn about our work and services, contact us and use our free tools. Please don't:
- Break the law or anyone else's rights through the site.
- Try to get around our limits or security, disrupt the site, or send it harmful code.
- Copy or scrape the site in bulk, or use automated tools to run our free tools at volume.
- Give false information in our forms.
The AEO Readiness Checker
The checker is free and is a readiness checklist. It's a starting point, not a replacement for an expert review.
- No predictions: the score can't predict whether an AI tool will cite you, and a high score doesn't promise any ranking, traffic or sales.
- Limits of the check: it looks at one page and its public site files, and it doesn't run JavaScript. It can miss things or get things wrong.
- The copy review: this is a language model's judgment, not a measurement.
- Pages you check: only enter public pages you have a good reason to check, and don't use the checker to overload someone's site.
Please review any change with someone qualified before you rely on it. We may change, limit or remove the checker at any time. Our privacy policy explains what happens to the information you enter.
GleamCheck, our landing page review
GleamCheck is free and is our own checklist. It's a starting point, not a replacement for an expert review.
- No predictions: the score and the redesign verdict can't predict how a page will perform, and a good score doesn't promise any conversions, traffic or sales.
- Limits of the check: it looks at screenshots of one page at desktop and phone sizes. Some sites block it, scores can move between runs, and it can miss things or get things wrong.
- The review: most of it is a language model's judgment of those screenshots, not a measurement.
- Pages you review: only enter public pages you have a good reason to review, and don't use GleamCheck to overload someone's site.

Our services
Nothing on this site is an offer we're bound by. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work. Prices, timelines and results shown on the site are a guide until we confirm them in writing, and past results don't promise the same outcome for you.
Our content
The site's design, text, graphics and code belong to Gleam or the people who licensed them to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners. You can view and share our pages, and quote short parts with a credit, but please don't copy or reuse them otherwise without asking us first.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send us. You allow us to use it to reply to you and to prepare or deliver the work you ask about. Please only send us material you have the right to share.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites and use tools run by other companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees
The site and our free tools are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they'll be error-free or always online, or that they'll suit your purpose. Nothing here is legal or other professional advice.
Limit on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or our free tools. Because the site and free tools are free, our total liability for them is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, and you keep any rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have to bring a claim where you live, the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
